This dinner is really easy and tastes really yummy and unique.  I had it a lot as a kid when I went to my aunt’s house, but I have made it my own.  (I always do that to make everything easier or yummier.  This is both.)
Chicken & Wild Rice
Chicken 3-5 breasts (Depends on size and how many people you want to feed.  Either works.)
1 can of french onion soup
1 can of beef consomme’
1 1/2 cup wild rice
1 1/2 cup white rice
3 cup water
Put chicken and cans of soup in a bag.  Freeze or let marinate for 24 hours.
Put the chicken-soup mixture into a casserole dish with the rice and water.  Mix thoroughly.
Heat in the oven for 1hr and 20 min at 350 degrees or until rice is tender and chicken is done.
Easy and yummy!  Enjoy!
(You can alter the amounts of white rice to wild rice ratio if you want.)
